You have the right to request Nanika Services to inspect the personal data that have been processed. This request will be granted as long as third-party rights do not oppose this.

You have the right to request Nanika Services to correct or supplement your data if your data as known to Nanika Services is incomplete or incorrect.

You are entitled to request Nanika Services to delete your data. Nanika Services will only proceed to do so in the event of a justified request. If Nanika Services is legally obliged to retain your data, deletion will be denied.

You have the right to object to the processing of your data or to request that the processing of your data be restricted. This request will be honoured if you can demonstrate a legitimate interest and if there is no legal obligation to do so.

Insofar as the processing of your data is based on consent, you always have the right to withdraw your consent. Nanika Services will then cease processing the data based on your consent, provided there is no legal obligation to do so.

You have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (DPA).

Data sharing with third parties

Nanika Services will only share your data with third parties to the extent required by law.
